The University of Delaware, with many partners, has worked tirelessly to help create a viable program. The education programs aim to empower Iraqis to better preserve their nation’s cultural heritage, while moving the Iraqi institute for Conservation of Antiquities and Heritage toward long-term sustainability under Iraqi leadership.
